Under the Terrorism Act 2000, it is a requirement of the aircraft Pilot/Captain to complete this document in respect of all flights to and from the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Eire and Northern Ireland. It must be submitted for police authorisation no less than 12 hours prior to the flight. It is an offence to fail to comply with this regulation.
