We were the first company or individual to import the YAK-52 and similar types into Europe in December 1992. Since then we have traded over 140 aircraft from the former soviet union, these being YAK-11, YAK-12, YAK-18T, YAK-50, YAK-52, YAK-54, YAK-55, L-29, Blanik, Zlin-526F and AN-2. 

We are now the Extra factory appointed dealer for the Extra 200 and 300 series.

Thanks so much for all of your help during the purchase of my Extra 300l. It was pretty obvious given your competition background that you’d be able to offer great advice about the plane (which you did)! But it was all your help with regards avionics, paperwork, registration, training, headsets, hangerage, parachutes ferrying etc etc that really made the difference. As you know, I was originally talking with Extra direct (before you became the UK Importer) and I was a little worried about switching to a local dealer. I shouldn’t have been. Despite the superb help from the guys in Dusseldorf, they are on a long distance telephone line and it would have been agony to have waded through all the issues you dealt with locally.  

I’m absolutely delighted with the plane and can’t thank you enough for patiently working through the hundred and one stupid questions I’ve bombarded you with over the last couple of months.

Mark – I have been meaning to write to you for some time to let you know about the total satisfaction I am having owning and operating my YAK 52 since I acquired it through you earlier this year. I have owned and operated numerous western aircraft over the last 20 years but none have come close to providing the enjoyment I am having with the YAK 52. The backup service and advice I have received from you and your team so far has also been fantastic and a welcome change from what I have been used to in the past. There is simply nothing I have ever flown which offers so much fun and performance at an affordable price.

 Hi Mark

I cannot thank you enough for your help and advise in the purchase of my 52. It was a pleasure to have everything run so smooth considering the changes. I am very pleased to say the least. Also I was a little concerned that I picked the right aircraft. But those fears have be laid aside. I must also thank you for the hospitality and for the use of you car.

I would like to get the drain kit installed and can you also price a transponder, I see the GTX320 for around £699 and a plug in for a 296 Garmin.

A special note of thanks to Ian. Who made the flight training a pleasure. His ability to teach combined with his relaxed nature made the introduction to the Yak seamless and like second nature.

Finally I would like to wish you both a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and look forward to returning in January.
